Every home that we design and build is a collaboration of talented companies. We select our trade contractors and venders based upon many things; at the top of that list is company culture and values that are similar to ours. Every home is unique with its own challenges and opportunities.
In the late spring Barry met the manager, Ken Bacher of Triple R Horse Rescue. This organization rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes horses in need. Ken shared that one of their biggest challenges was the lack of power at the facility. The existing electrical system did not meet code and the City of Cavecreek would not allow them to hook up the electricity with out bringing it up to code. Looking at the electrical system it seemed pretty straight forward. So we asked an expert.
Our Construction Manager, Dale Lesperance contacted Mike Nowak of D E Electricians to see if they would be interested in helping. Mike took a look at it and was immediately onboard. A few weeks later Mike personally with one of his lead electricians came out to do the work. Like most remodeling jobs there were a few surprises. A few days later they were up and running.
This happened because Mike Nowak of DE Electricians stepped up when asked. That’s the kind of companies we work with.
